By administering the toxin intramuscularly, it disrupts acetylcholine synthesis, a neurotransmitter vital for neuromuscular conduction, resulting in temporary paralysis of facial muscles. This paralysis aids in muscle relaxation and the smoothing of wrinkles.

MODE OF ACTION:
